All tasks within each package will only be carried out once deemed safe to do so. In the event we cannot, due to risk or danger to our operatives, members of the public or property we will endeavour to provide a quote in which a safe means of carrying out those task(s) will be stated. This may incur an additional charge to the client such as scaffolding.

Any additional works required outside of a member’s package will be promptly quoted for and booked in where we will give members priority when it comes to scheduling, and only carried out after client approval.

Although we will try to the best of our abilities to carry out every task of the specified package chosen, on or around the same dates every year, we cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions or other elements outside of our control which may delay the booking. All works are to be carried out under normal working hours ie 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri and 8am -2pm Sat.

Repairs are carried out where possible, to match the existing materials. Where previous materials may now be obsolete every effort will be made to match the existing as closely as possible.

Repairs are guaranteed for a period of 3 years as of completion date.

The client agrees to give us all necessary access to the property to undertake the survey/works, if access is not granted on the first scheduled visit then 2 further scheduled appointments/visits will be made within a 28 day period whereby thereafter, the annual tasks within the package will be postponed until the following year.
